Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Singapore is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our product roadmap. You will own multiple capabilities end-to-end, from discovering user needs to delivering valuable features and measuring outcomes.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design and other teams in an Agile environment, ensuring timely delivery while balancing scope, risks and dependencies.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product lifecycle management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver outstanding products that delight our customers.

What You'll Do:

Pleaseavoid submitting profiles whose experience is predominantly projectcoordination, Scrum facilitation, requirements gathering or vendorcoordinationwithout demonstrated product ownership.

We arelooking for an outcome-oriented Product Manager who can own multipleproduct capabilities and epics end-to-end — from understanding theuser/business problem and defining desired outcomes, through discovery anddelivery, to measuring impact and continuous improvement.

This is nota Project Manager, Scrum Master or coordination role. While strong deliverydiscipline is expected — including managing scope, timeline, RAID,dependencies, stakeholders and vendors — the individual must retain ownershipof the product decisions, priorities and outcomes.

This isalso not a hands-on software development role. Technical fluency isadvantageous, but strong product management capability is our primaryconsideration.

As a guide, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

• Relevant qualification andexperience — Diploma/Degree in IT orrelated discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant ProductManagement or digital product delivery experience.
• End-to-end product ownership — experience owning digital products/capabilitiesacross discovery, prioritisation/backlog, delivery, launch and subsequentiteration.
• Outcome-oriented productpractice — ability to frame user/business problems, define desired outcomes and success measures, anduse research, data, experimentation or user feedback to inform productdecisions.
• Strong product deliverydiscipline — ability to manage scope,timeline, risks, dependencies and operational readiness while workingeffectively with Engineering, Design and other functions in an Agileproduct environment.
• Stakeholder and vendorleadership — ability to align differentstakeholders, manage external delivery vendors, navigate trade-offs andchallenges, while retaining internal ownership and accountability forproduct decisions and outcomes.
