Job summary

ACCELS TECHNOLOGY SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Product Manager to drive development and commercialisation of an AI platform and aggregation business in Singapore.

You will build enterprise-facing AI products integrating multiple language models and AI capabilities through a unified platform, collaborating with engineering, BD, operations and external AI providers to define strategy and adoption. You will translate customer and business requirements into technical specs, lead API integrations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in product management, technology products, AI products, SaaS platforms or digital platforms.
• Good understanding of APIs, cloud-based products and technology product development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into product solutions.
• Experience working with engineering and commercial teams in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap for the company's AI aggregation platform and related enterprise AI solutions.
• Develop products that integrate multiple large language models, AI APIs and third-party AI services into a unified platform.
• Translate customer and business requirements into clear product specifications, workflows and system requirements.
• Work closely with engineering teams on API integration, model access, platform architecture, usage tracking and billing capabilities.
• Design and improve model selection, routing and configuration features based on performance, cost, latency and customer requirements.
• Support the development of token-based usage and pricing models for enterprise customers.
• Work with commercial teams to develop B2B AI product packages, pricing structures and go-to-market solutions.
• Conduct research on AI models, market trends, competitors and enterprise use cases to identify new product opportunities.
• Monitor product usage, customer feedback, model performance and unit economics, and continuously optimise the product.
• Coordinate with external AI model providers, cloud service providers and technology partners on product integration and commercial requirements.
• Support product demonstrations, client discussions, pilot projects and enterprise onboarding.
• Prepare product documentation, business cases, product presentations and management updates.

About the Role
