Job summary

ShopBack in Singapore is seeking a full-time Product Management Intern for H1 2027. You will work closely with senior product managers and cross-functional teams to define analytics, design, documentation, rollout and optimisation across features, delivering valuable solutions for customers and merchants.

Responsibilities

• Work with PMs and partners to identify factors affecting product performance and growth; refine KPIs to track impact.
• Provide analytics support for product initiatives, including building business cases.
• Advocate for users by translating insights into UX improvements and feature decisions.
• Collaborate with PMs and partners to explore end-to-end solutions based on use cases.
• Capture requirements from stakeholders for new features with summaries and detail.
