Product Management Intern — Growth & Analytics

Job summary

ShopBack Group is seeking an Intern in our Product Management team in Singapore. You will work closely with senior product managers and diverse stakeholders across commercial, marketing, operations, and engineering to analyze, design, document, rollout, and optimize features and initiatives that add value for customers and merchants.

You will contribute to defining metrics, supporting business cases, and driving actions that improve product performance.

Qualifications

• Intern must commit for a minimum of 6 months full-time (Mon-Fri, 9:00am to 6:30pm).
• Proficient in SQL; familiarity with software development processes is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with PMs and commercial partners; strong analytical skills.
• Experience using AI tools to develop workflows and improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Work with product managers and commercial partners to identify factors affecting product performance and growth; refine KPIs and success metrics.
• Provide analytics support to product initiatives including building business cases.
• Champion user experience by voicing user insights and prioritizing feature decisions with quantitative input.
• Capture requirements from stakeholders for new features and document processes clearly.
• Interpret data to identify patterns and drive hypothesis-driven decisions.
