Job summary

ShopBack is seeking an Intern in Product Management in Singapore to work closely with senior product managers and diverse stakeholders across commercial, marketing, operations, and engineering. You will contribute to product analysis, design, documentation, rollout and optimisation to deliver valuable solutions for customers and merchants.

The role supports defining metrics, building business cases, and driving feature decisions with data.

Qualifications

• Ability to document, clarify, and break down processes into logical steps.
• Ability to problem solve by breaking-down a problem into its component parts.
• Capacity to communicate succinctly, with clarity and thoughtfulness.
• Provide actionable feedback on user interface and user experience designs.
• Interpret data and identify patterns to make hypothesis-driven decisions.
• Proactively learn by reading documentation and seeking domain experts.
• Comfortable prototyping or building small tools/automations to solve real workflow problems.

Responsibilities

• Work with product managers and commercial partners to identify factors affecting product / feature performance; refine KPIs and success metrics to track performance.
• Provide analytics support to product initiatives including building business cases for actions.
• Champion better UX by voicing user insights and shaping feature decisions with quantitative input.
• Collaborate with PMs and local partners to explore and drive end-to-end alternative solutions based on use cases.
• Capture requirements from stakeholders for new features, including summaries and details to ensure success.
