Job summary

HCLTech Singapore seeks an experienced Product Lead to drive the development and delivery of Generative AI solutions for the Pharma, Biotech, and Life Sciences sector. You will work with business stakeholders, AI engineers, and cross-functional teams to define product strategy, gather requirements, and deliver AI-powered solutions that create measurable business value.

The role covers end-to-end product lifecycle, agile delivery, and backlog management.

Qualifications

• 6-7+ years in product leadership or equivalent
• Experience in Agile environments with continuous delivery
• Experience with AI use cases (RAG, OCR, CV, NLP) a plus
• Bridge business and technical teams; translate requirements into features
• Stakeholder workshops, requirements elicitation, and product demos
• SDLC understanding and best practices; Epics/User Stories/BRD

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery to deployment

You will work closely with business stakeholders, AI engineers, and cross‑functional teams to define product strategy, gather requirements, and deliver AI‑powered solutions that create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges, define product vision, and prioritize requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery timelines.
• Facilitate requirement‑gathering workshops and work closely with users to validate solutions and product outcomes.
• Partner with engineering, AI/ML, and UX/UI teams to deliver high‑quality products using Agile methodologies.
• Participate actively in backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive AI and Generative AI use cases involving LLMs, RAG, language translation, OCR, computer vision, and agentic automation.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and release plans.
• Develop low‑fidelity wireframes and mockups in Figma to support solution design and user journeys.
• Monitor product performance and ensure solutions meet business goals and user expectations.

Job Requirements

• 6-7 years of experience as a Product Lead, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments with continuous delivery and iterative product development.
• Experience working on AI use cases involving:
• Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Language Translation
• Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
• Computer Vision
• Agentic AI and Intelligent Automation
• Experience within the Pharma, Biotech, Healthcare, or Life Sciences industry is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to bridge business and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable product features.
• Experience conducting stakeholder workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and product demonstrations.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and product management best practices.
