Job summary

HCLTech Singapore seeks an experienced Product Lead to drive the development and delivery of Generative AI solutions for the Pharma, Biotech, and Life Sciences sector. You will work with business stakeholders, AI engineers, and cross-functional teams to define product strategy, gather requirements, and deliver AI-powered solutions that create measurable business value.

The role covers end-to-end product lifecycle, agile delivery, and backlog management.

Qualifications

6-7+ years in product leadership or equivalent
Experience in Agile environments with continuous delivery
Experience with AI use cases (RAG, OCR, CV, NLP) a plus
Bridge business and technical teams; translate requirements into features
Stakeholder workshops, requirements elicitation, and product demos
SDLC understanding and best practices; Epics/User Stories/BRD

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery to deployment
Collaborate with stakeholders to define vision and prioritize requirements
Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Manage and prioritize product backlogs and delivery timelines
Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and validate solutions with users
Partner with engineering, AI/ML, and UX/UI teams using Agile methods
Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Drive Generative AI use cases including RAG, language translation, OCR, and computer vision
Create and maintain product documentation and release plans
Develop low-fidelity wireframes in Figma to support design and user journeys
Monitor product performance and ensure goals are met
