Job summary

QUESSCORP HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced UAT tester and business analyst to drive end-to-end product implementations and campaigns in Singapore.

You will coordinate with IT and business stakeholders, prepare detailed test cases, and ensure successful sign-off within project timelines. The role demands at least 3 years in UAT testing and business analysis, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in UAT testing and Business Analysis/Projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work well with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proactive, fast learner, positive mindset and highly adaptable to change.
• Team oriented and self-organized individual with an attitude to get things done.
• Have the ability to multitask and work well with tight timelines.
• Responsible and self-driven individual with minimal supervision needed.
• Knowledge in Life Insurance will be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end implementation for new product launches, campaigns, funds onboarding and related projects with stakeholders.
• Perform Product UAT testing to ensure product requirements are tested successfully.
• Understand product features and prepare test cases/scenarios for clear UAT scope and documentation.
• Drive and facilitate UAT daily stand-ups between IT and Business users to meet timelines.
• Enforce best practices for UAT management including test cases, defect tracking and sign-off results.
• Document all implementation activities to meet quality standards and governance.
