Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Manager, Product Frameworks to lead the day-to-day operation, deployment and continuous improvement of the Product Creation Framework (PCF) and Product In-Life Framework (PIF) across Product Development in Singapore.

You will coordinate framework deployment, governance, and stakeholder engagement with Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing, driving adoption, alignment and lifecycle readiness to deliver consistent, high-quality product outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in product development, governance or lifecycle management.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional programmes across multiple functions.
• Track record in process improvement and capability adoption.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operation and administration of Product Creation Framework (PCF) and Product In-Life Framework (PIF).
• Support framework standards, lifecycle requirements and governance expectations.
• Coordinate reviews, updates, change activities and documentation.
• Ensure framework content and guidance remain current and accessible.
• Promote framework adoption, compliance and maturity across Dyson.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder consultations and readiness activities.
