Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Manager, Product Frameworks to lead the day-to-day operation, deployment and continuous improvement of the Product Creation Framework (PCF) and Product In-Life Framework (PIF). You will coordinate framework implementation, governance, and adoption activities across Dyson’s Product Development teams.

• Experience implementing framework standards and lifecycle management
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional programmes and change initiatives
• Strong focus on accuracy, governance and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Operate and continuously improve Dyson's Product Creation Framework (PCF) and Product In-Life Framework (PIF)
• Coordinate framework deployment, adoption and governance across Product Development
• Maintain policies, standards, templates and lifecycle documentation
• Lead stakeholder engagement and communications on framework requirements
