Job summary

Multiplier Holdings is seeking an experienced Product Engineer for the Tax Pod to design, build, and ship scalable tools for tax professionals. This hands-on role focuses on delivering user-centric software that improves workflow accuracy and efficiency.

You will own features end-to-end, collaborating with Product, Design and AI teams to translate real-world tax workflows into robust systems. This global role requires coordination across Europe, UK, and Israel time zones with overlaps into Asia

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ownership across the full product lifecycle.
• Experience in B2B or fintech environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to work independently in a startup environment.
• Knowledge of modern full-stack tech: Typescript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship software features end-to-end from conception to deployment.
• Translate real-world tax/workflow needs into scalable software systems.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to define requirements and prioritise work.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code focused on performance.
