Job summary

KLA is seeking a Product Engineer to drive service lifecycle improvements across engineering, manufacturing, and field teams in Singapore. You will contribute to installation packages, serviceability, and diagnostics while collaborating with cross‑functional groups to ensure optimal product support and reliability.

The role involves hands-on work with electro/mechanical assemblies, integration of system upgrades, and active engagement in continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on design, build, document and solve problems with electro/mechanical assemblies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work in multidisciplinary, multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Influence Product Service Life Cycle features to optimize service business.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, support and supply teams.
• Develop service kits, installation packages, and field documentation.
• Perform on-site integration and validation of Alpha/Beta systems/retrofits.
• Travel domestically and abroad up to 25%.
