Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on engineer to serve as the technical interface between customers, test teams, and manufacturing partners, ensuring successful product qualification and production release.

You will lead product characterization, yield monitoring, and failure investigations to improve product performance, collaborate with internal engineers, foundries, and OSAT partners to resolve production challenges, and generate actionable data insights for cost reduction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Yield Engineering, or semiconductor manufacturing, with exposure to semiconductor test environments, ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest V93000), data analysis tools, or yield management systems.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor product lifecycle, production release processes, yield analysis, and failure investigation for Digital, Mixed-Signal, and/or RF devices.
• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving; experience with statistical tools, yield management platforms, or automation/scripting.
