Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report writing skills
• Industrial attachment experience in a relevant field

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze wafer test yields
• Determine hold lot disposition
• Communicate with customer for joint disposition
• Yield improvement: identify and resolve issues impacting yield performance
• Perform device/hardware test qualification and correlation and issue the associated reports
• Support manufacturing operations on technical issues relating to device testing
