Responsibilities

• Establish standard operating procedures for product engineering and manufacturing processes on the testing floor.
• Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential process failures.
• Review and analyze test yield data to identify issues and implement yield improvement actions.
• Determine disposition for hold lots based on yield and quality analysis.
• Perform device and hardware tester qualification, correlation, and generate associated reports.
• Develop and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize testing and manufacturing processes.
• Resolve technical issues related to device testing to support manufacturing operations effectively.
• Liaise with customers to understand and implement new production specifications during New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Coordinate device startup and transfer activities to ensure smooth production transitions.
