Job summary

Seoulstart is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy and roadmap for internal HR and Finance systems in Singapore. You will lead a cross-functional team spanning HR, Finance, Engineering, and regional stakeholders, and act as the internal product owner translating employee feedback into actionable enhancements.

The role requires 8+ years in product management, including 3+ years overseeing HR/Finance platforms, plus deep HRIS knowledge (Workday/SAP HCM) and strong data
