About the Role

We are seeking a full-time contractor Product Designer for parental leave coverage. You will help realize our vision by crafting highly usable and engaging experiences for our customers, working closely with developers, product managers, designers, data scientists, sales, BD, and our founders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own product experiences end-to-end, contributing to product strategy and vision
  • Craft and own the design process from exploration, ideation, and validation to user flows and high-fidelity UI
  • Generate information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Participate in and lead usability testing and other research methods
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and sales to influence product development, build and ship designs, and shape company culture and practices
About You
  • Experience: 2+ years as a product designer with a strong portfolio across software products (bonus for agentic, B2B, or sustainability domain products)
  • Problem-solving: Excel in complex, domain-heavy, and technical problem spaces, bringing clarity through mastery of the solution design process
  • Collaboration: Proven experience working with Product and Engineering throughout the product creation and development lifecycle
  • AI-forward: Pioneer in using AI in your day-to-day work and staying current with the latest AI design practices
  • Craft excellence: Treat design as a craft with passion for visual design and attention to detail
  • Communication: Excellent communicator and storyteller who can distill complex topics clearly and concisely across all organizational levels
  • Technical skills: Strong working knowledge of Figma (core tool), Miro, and other prototyping tools. Adobe Suite is a plus
  • Bonus skills: UX writing, UI animation, illustration, knowledge of Webflow and web design

Your Preferred Background

Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Sciences, Communication Design, or related discipline is a plus. 2+ years of experience designing and launching digital products (apps, websites, iOS, Android, SaaS) across platforms (mobile, tablet, desktop) in in-house product teams or agencies.
