Job summary

PRUDENTIAL ASSURANCE COMPANY SINGAPORE (PTE) LIMITED is seeking a role in the product delivery function within the New Business / Policy Services team. You will coordinate the roll-out of new products, ensure defect-free, highly automated implementations, and partner with the technology team on UAT plans and training.

This role requires knowledge of Life, ILP and term insurance plans, plus experience in digital submissions and end-to-end policy services processes.

Qualifications

Knowledge on Life, ILP and term insurance plans.
Experienced in UAT testing.
Knowledge across New Business/ Policy Services functions.
Experienced in product development/implementation processes.
Experienced in digital submissions processes.

Responsibilities

Roll out new products with the project workgroup and ensure smooth operationalisation.
Represent New Business Admin/ Policy Services in project meetings and align requirements with stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop business requirements and finalise processes for new products.
Coordinate with the technology team on UAT test plans, sign-off, and training for New Business/ Policy Services teams.
Monitor post-implementation progress, escalate system issues, and document handling rules in SOPs.
