Job summary

EIRE Systems Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a data analytics and AI/ML driven engineer to own cumulative yield improvements across fabrication and assembly. You will lead cross-functional projects with Fab, IT, and operations to improve quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include developing ML/DL models, building data infrastructure in the cloud, and presenting insights to stakeholders. The role requires onsite work in Singapore with travel to Taiwan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, CS, AI or related fields.
• Strong data analytics skills and tools (JMP, Tableau, Power BI).
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL; web tech like Java/HTML/CSS.
• Experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch.
• Excellent communication to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve yield and quality.
• Develop data analytics workflows and data infrastructure in the cloud.
• Build ML/DL models for yield improvement and reliability.
• Collaborate with Fab, HBM teams to ship end products.
• Promote innovation and maintain competitive edge.
• Advocate AI/ML to improve KPIs: Quality, Cost, Cycle Time, Scale.
