Job summary

EIRE SYSTEMS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a data analytics and AI/ML specialist to drive yield improvement and reliability across cross-functional teams in Singapore.

You will develop and apply ML/DL models, analyze engineering data, and contribute to the Dispo workflow to enhance quality and efficiency. The role requires strong programming skills (Python, R, SQL), experience with JMP/Tableau/Power BI, and familiarity with cloud-based data infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• Strong data analytics skills with JMP, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and web technologies for data manipulation.
• Proficient in TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
• Excellent communication to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong sense of responsibility and professional work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to enhance yield and quality in cross-functional teams.
• Use statistical tools, ML/AI for data analysis to improve yields and reliability.
• Develop ML/DL models for data mining and pattern recognition for quality and yield improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and Manufacturing to build data infrastructure using cloud tech.
• Work with Fab, HBM Tech Development, HBM Design, System Development, Quality/Reliability to ship end products.
• Promote innovation and maintain competitive edge.
• AI/ML advocate: develop, deploy, and validate models to improve KPIs (Quality, Cost, Cycle Time, Scale).
