Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with strong academics, graduation by Jul 2027, and availability to join by Aug 2027.
• Master's degree or above is advantageous but not required; capable of joining full-time by Aug 2027.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Prior experiences in product management, data analytics, or data-driven roles (internship or full-time).
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with ability to convert complex problems into practical solutions.
• Ability to explain technical findings clearly to both technical and business stakeholders; collaborative and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex data and model performance into clear, actionable insights for product and engineering teams, shaping the product roadmap and prioritising features.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to design hypotheses, plan A/B tests and multivariate experiments, and analyse results to provide recommendations.
• Present findings and recommendations effectively to cross-functional audiences.
• Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and support continuous product optimisation.
