Job summary

Shopee IP Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Product Analyst to partner with Product, Operations, BI, and Data PM teams to drive data‑led decisions across markets. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, design experiments, and build scalable dashboards to monitor key metrics.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled analytics, strong business context, and the ability to explain technical findings to both technical and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; graduates expected by Jul 2027 and can join by Aug 2027.
Master's degree is advantageous but not required.
Proficiency in SQL and Python; translate data into actionable insights.
Prior experience in product management, data analytics, or data-driven roles.

Responsibilities

Translate complex data and model performance into clear, actionable insights for product/engineering, shaping roadmap and feature priorities.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and PMs to design A/B/multivariate tests and analyse results for recommendations.
Present findings to cross-functional audiences and influence decision-making.
Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and drive product optimisation.
