Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s Degree with expected graduation by Jul 2027; join by Aug 2027.
• For Master’s candidates, full-time join by Aug 2027; Master’s degree advantageous but not required.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, translating data into actionable insights.
• Prior experiences in product management, data analytics, or data-driven roles (internship or FT).
• Strong analytical and structured thinking; ability to translate complexity into practical solutions.
• Able to explain technical findings to technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and excited to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex data and model performance into clear, actionable insights for product and engineering teams, shaping the product roadmap and prioritisation of features.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to design hypotheses, run A/B tests and multivariate experiments, and analyse results to provide actionable recommendations.
• Present findings and recommendations effectively to cross-functional audiences.
• Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and provide visibility for continuous product optimisation.
