Job summary

Binance is seeking a qualified lawyer to lead legal support for tokenized securities and equities trading products. You will liaise with Commercial, Corporate, Regulatory, Data Privacy, Litigation, and cross‑functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and commercial viability.

Ideal candidates have 4–10 years of experience in law firms, financial services, or tech companies, with a strong track record in securities regulation and product counseling.

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of securities and financial instruments regulation.
Experience with brokerage licensing and securities trading rules.
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and deliver trusted legal advice.
Experience in product counseling on privacy, data protection, IP, or tech transactions would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Serve as the key legal contact for tokenized securities and stock trading products.
Advise on regulatory compliance for securities and digital assets across jurisdictions.
Draft, amend, and negotiate product-centric terms and contracts to mitigate risk.
Guide product development through design, launch, and ongoing advisory; mitigate legal risks.
