Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
8+ years of experience in product development, value engineering, cost engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable product cost reductions and business impact.
Experience in a global, matrixed organization is preferred.
Experience in printing, imaging, consumer electronics, or technology product development is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic cost-reduction initiatives across hardware, mechanical, electrical, firmware, manufacturing, logistics and supply chain.
Identify and drive high-impact cost reduction opportunities throughout the product lifecycle.
Establish cost roadmaps and savings targets aligned with business objectives.
Provide leadership balancing cost, performance, quality, reliability, and customer value.
Lead value engineering activities to reduce unnecessary complexity and cost.
