Job summary

VF Corporation's Altra team in Singapore seeks a Financial Analyst, Product Cost to partner across Brand Finance, Product Supply, Planning, Merchandising, and Sourcing. You will translate cost data into actions that improve margin and own seasonal cost visibility from target setting through production.

Responsibilities include setting target FOB, providing GTM cost insights, building savings pipelines, tracking savings, and reporting in P&L impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on financial analysis or FP&A experience involving product cost, gross margin, sourcing, supply chain or inventory.
• Strong analytical capability across large style/SKU/purchase order or factory-level data and reconciling results across multiple cost baselines.
• Ability to quantify and validate savings across time, pipeline, production-embedded and P&L-recognized value.
• Understanding of FOB, duties, tariffs, surcharges, standard cost, inventory capitalization, COGS and gross margin.
• Advanced Excel and financial-modeling skills with data quality controls and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple seasonal milestones in a fast-growing brand environment.
• Ability to develop and utilize AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Target FOB setting and benchmark-informed assumptions by product category and connect to seasonal plans.
• Provide cost, margin and sourcing insights at GTM milestones and explain drivers and gaps.
• Build and maintain a savings pipeline by season and initiative across multiple levers.
• Track savings through production and capitalization; translate cost changes to inventory and P&L impact.
• Monitor monthly actualization of Product Supply savings and report value realized.
• Assess tariff and duty exposure; propose mitigation options with supply and Brand Finance.
• Govern FOB from cost sheet to POs, including surcharges and post-FSR changes.
• Identify incremental opportunities and establish repeatable costing methods and data standards.
