Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a technical support engineer for semiconductor inspection machines. You will liaise between internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth operation and timely troubleshooting.

Candidates should have a degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics or Mechatronics, 2–3 years in semiconductor manufacturing, strong knowledge of vision systems, and proficiency in C++, C#, or Python. Willingness to travel within Singapore and APAC is required.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in an Electrical & Electronics / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor device manufacturing and quality control processes with a good communication skills with customers.
• Strong knowledge of vision or optical inspection systems.
• MUST HAVE a proficiency in any programming language (e.g., C++, C#, or Python).
• Familiarity with semiconductor optical inspection equipment is advantageous.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronics and PC hardware systems.
• Willingness to travel when required to Singapore & APAC regions.
