Job summary

Hong Kong Unison Limited in Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the development and enhancement of an Enterprise Architecture (EA) Tool in a banking environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture teams, developers and testers to translate requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, UI prototypes and test cases.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Business Analysis, product development, or technology delivery.

Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Participate in requirement workshops, design discussions, and backlog refinement sessions.
Create process flows, wireframes, and UI prototypes using Figma or AI-assisted tools.
Develop and maintain conceptual data models, class diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs).
Prepare test scenarios and test cases, support UAT, track defects, and validate fixes.
Coordinate with development, testing, product, and support teams to ensure smooth releases.
Support production verification and track post-release issues through closure.
Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
