Job summary

Unison Group in Singapore seeks an experienced Business Analyst to support the development and enhancement of an Enterprise Architecture tool within a banking environment. You will translate business requirements into clear functional specs, user stories, UI prototypes, and test cases, collaborating with stakeholders, architects, developers and testers.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Business Analysis, product development, or technology delivery.
Strong understanding of requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management.
Good knowledge of OOAD, class diagrams, and ERDs.
Experience in functional testing, UAT, test case preparation, and defect management.
Understanding of release management and software delivery processes.
Hands‑on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Exposure to Figma, wireframing, or UI prototyping tools.
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Participate in requirement workshops, design discussions, and backlog refinement sessions.
Create process flows, wireframes, and UI prototypes using Figma or AI-assisted tools.
Develop and maintain conceptual data models, class diagrams, and ERDs.
Prepare test scenarios and test cases, support UAT, track defects, and validate fixes.
Coordinate with development, testing, product, and support teams to ensure smooth releases.
Support production verification and track post-release issues through closure.
Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
