Job summary

Based near Buona Vista, the role follows a 5-day work week in a hands-on environment where you drive process improvements and ensure contract adherence with suppliers.

Job Summary

You will lead sourcing activities to procure goods and services following Procurement & Procedures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support end-users and optimize procurement spend through data analysis and vendor performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including tender management to secure goods and services aligned with company procurement policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless procurement support for end-users
• Manage vendor performance by monitoring compliance and service quality to ensure contract adherence
• Analyze procurement spend data to identify sourcing opportunities and recommend process improvements
• Utilize E-Procurement platforms proficiently to execute procurement transactions efficiently
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors to facilitate procurement processes and resolve issues

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree with 2 years or Diploma with 5 years of procurement/sourcing experience in indirect categories
