Job summary

Wood-5 Deco in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to manage quantity take-off and BOQ preparation, while sourcing and negotiating with suppliers for timely, quality materials. You will prepare purchase orders and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and logistics to ensure smooth end-to-end flow.

You will support the design team with material sample requisitions, coordinate procurement requirements with project teams, and handle ad-hoc duties as assigned with a proactive,

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in QS/Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent.
• Preferred applicant with Interior/Construction related field.
• Must be self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Quantity Take-off and Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors in terms of quality, timeline, price, terms, deliveries, and services.
• Prepare purchase orders, work closely with subcontractors, suppliers & logistic department to ensure smooth end-to-end logistic flow.
• Assist and support design team in material sample requisition for the assigned Project by the Superior.
• Coordinate with project team to understand their procurement requirement and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior.
