Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking an experienced Procurement Project Lead to drive procurement and supply chain activities across key programmes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier performance, and mitigate risks to ensure successful execution from development through production.

The role requires strong procurement, project management, stakeholder engagement, and commercial acumen to support growth and delivery objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's level degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Engineering or related.
Minimum 8 years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or programme management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead procurement activities for assigned projects and programmes.
Develop and execute project procurement plans to support programme schedules and deliverables.
Act as the primary procurement interface between project teams and suppliers.
Drive procurement readiness to support project milestones and production requirements.
Develop sourcing strategies to achieve cost, quality, delivery and risk objectives.
Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.
Establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships.
Monitor and improve supplier performance.
Collaborate with Engineering, Programme Management, Operations, Quality and Finance.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and supplier escalations.
Drive cost optimization, value engineering and productivity initiatives.
Support budget planning and cost management.
