Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations & Inventory Manager to lead warehouse operations and inventory control for construction projects in Singapore.

You will supervise staff, conduct stocktakes, optimise workflows, and ensure safety and 5S standards while coordinating with project teams to meet operational needs. A Diploma/Degree in logistics or related field with 8+ years’ experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of warehouse management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and inventory management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is advantageous.
• Relevant safety certifications or project management qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, inventory and stock control.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct quarterly stocktakes and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling and organisation of materials.
• Improve warehouse workflows, space utilisation and operational processes.
• Maintain workplace safety, security and 5S housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to support operational requirements.
