Qualifications

• Experience in purchases is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement advisory to CAD users and senior management.
• Ensure procurement processes align with prevailing policies.
• Serve as interface between CAD and internal/external staff for procurement and logistics.
• Facilitate procurement and logistics audits.
• Provide procurement solutions to Head CSD.
• Guide users on procurement needs and pathways.
• Source and price goods/services to ensure value-for-money.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register.
• Manage the General Logistic Store and plan office supplies stock.
