Job summary

MHA - Singapore Police Force (SPF) invites applications for a Finance cum Registry Officer in Training Command. You will monitor financial transactions, process invoices, payroll, claims, and cost recovery, while maintaining registry integrity and supporting audits.

Based in Training Command at Home Team Academy, Choa Chu Kang, you will liaise with Accounts & Finance and the Finance Shared Services Centre, ensuring timely payments and accurate records under the Management Executive Scheme.

What you will be working on:

You will process invoices, manage payroll transactions, handle claims submissions and perform cost recovery and journal adjustments. You will serve as the key liaison officer with Accounts & Finance and the Finance Shared Services Centre, monitoring budget utilisation and ensuring timely payment processing.On the registry side, you will oversee the storage and movement of files, manage mail dispatch, and support audit checks. When required, you will cover the Assistant Service Quality Officer role - facilitating public feedback in a promptly manner.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a meticulous, proactive and dynamic individual to be part of our Finance & Procurement Team.

• Strong analytical skills and prepared to handle a high volume of requests with meticulous attention to detail;
• Self-motivated and independent worker able to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines;
• Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and SAP would be an advantage. Prior experience in government procurement principles, finance or administrative work is a bonus.
