Job summary

Forte Employment Services Pte Ltd is seeking a purchasing coordinator for our Jurong Island client. You will handle sourcing, quotations, negotiation, PO issuance and delivery follow-up to support overseas shipments.

The role requires an O level or Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain and MS Office proficiency. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with salary up to SGD 3,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven purchasing knowledge or exposure.
• Ability to source suppliers and evaluate quotations.
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Handled the full spectrum of purchasing activities, including supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, negotiation, purchase order issuance, delivery follow-up
• Monitored PO & update status and coordinate with the Shipping side for timely overseas shipment
• Inventory stock update
