Job summary

Binance in Singapore is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our global team. You will support vendor onboarding, manage the vendor lifecycle, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance across indirect categories including marketing, HR, and legal.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive efficiency, and uphold S2P processes while training staff and sharing best practices. This remote-first role offers global exposure and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong bilingual English and Mandarin for vendor engagement across regions.
• 5–8 years in indirect procurement; FinTech/financial services background is a plus.
• Understand contract terms, drive cost efficiency, and ensure compliance.
• Deep knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and vendor assessment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong communication and ownership.
• Highly delivery-focused and able to work with global stakeholders.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong negotiation skills.
• Background in FinTech, Financial Services, or consulting is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support vendor onboarding, including vendor creation and VDD reviews.
• Assist daily procurement operations across indirect categories.
• Manage vendor lifecycle: RFP/RFQ, selection, and performance reviews.
• Lead negotiations on price, delivery, SLAs, and contract follow-up.
• Support knowledge sharing and training to improve procurement compliance.
• Contribute to process optimization for efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
• Support data analysis, invoice validation, and procurement documentation tracking.
