Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) invites applications for a procurement professional to lead end-to-end activities from planning to contract administration. You will advise stakeholders, ensure value for money, and strengthen governance and capabilities across the Group.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant procurement experience, familiarity with Singapore public sector policies, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant procurement experience
• Experience in Singapore public sector procurement is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with procurement governance, risk management and analytics
• Proficient in MS Office; openness to data, digital and AI tools

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end procurement activities from planning to contract administration
• Provide procurement advisory to stakeholders and ensure value for money
• Strengthen governance, processes and capabilities across the Group
• Monitor contracts, milestones, obligations and renewals
• Maintain procurement trackers, dashboards and management information
• Drive process improvement and digitalisation of procurement activities
• Share knowledge and contribute to training and capability development
