Job summary

Accenture in Singapore is seeking a senior PMO leader to deliver hyperscale data centre campuses at 100 MW+ scale, covering civil, MEP, fit-out, testing and handover.

You will establish PMO frameworks, manage programme reporting, risk, and governance across multi-tower programmes, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and operations teams. Lead long-lead MEP procurement strategies and drive schedule recovery while ensuring CORENET X and fire-safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering 100 MW+ hyperscale data centre programmes in Singapore or APAC.
• Deep technical understanding of mission-critical MEP systems (ACMV, BMS, generators, chillers, switchgear, transformers).
• Strong commercial leadership including capital expenditure control, variation management, claims management, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of hyperscale data centre campuses at 100 MW+ scale across civil, structural, MEP, fit-out, testing and handover.
• Establish and govern PMO frameworks, stage-gate controls, programme reporting, risk management, and delivery disciplines across multi-tower programmes.
• Manage major capital portfolios up to US$2 billion with accountability for commercial controls and cost outcomes.
• Direct integrated project teams of 10–20 staff, coordinating large delivery environments with up to 1,000 workers.
• Lead long-lead MEP procurement strategies and supply-chain risk mitigation for critical equipment.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, data centre operations teams, supply-chain partners, and Singapore authorities.
• Drive programme recovery, schedule optimisation, and milestone acceleration where delivery is off baseline.
• Maintain governance and alignment with Singapore requirements including CORENET X, Green Mark, and fire-safety.

• Establish and govern PMO frameworks, stage-gate controls, programme reporting, risk management, and delivery disciplines across multi-tower programmes.
• Manage major capital portfolios of up to US$2 billion, with accountability for commercial controls, variations, claims management, and cost outcomes.
• Direct integrated project teams of approximately 10-20 staff, coordinating delivery environments with peak site workforces of up to 1,000 personnel.
• Lead long-lead MEP procurement strategies and supply-chain risk mitigation for critical data centre equipment.
• Coordinate effectively across clients, consultants, contractors, data centre operations teams, supply-chain partners, and Singapore statutory authorities.
• Drive programme recovery,schedule optimisation, and milestone acceleration where delivery is tracking against baseline commitments.
• Maintain robust governance and alignment with applicable Singapore requirements, including CORENET X, Green Mark, and fire-safety requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering 100 MW+ hyperscale data centre programmes in Singapore or the wider APAC region.
• Deep technical understanding of mission-critical MEP systems, including ACMV, BMS, generators, chillers, switchgear, and transformers.
• Strong commercial leadership experience, including major capital expenditure control, variation management, claims management, and commercial governance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex programmes involving multidisciplinary stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and operations teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as CDCP, PMP, and/or PRINCE2.
• Experience establishing or leading PMO governance across large, multi-tower data centre programmes.
• Experience with programme recovery, critical-path management, and acceleration of complex mission-critical infrastructure projects.
