Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior leader to drive hyperscale data centre programmes in Singapore. You will oversee civil, structural, MEP, fit-out, testing and commissioning, and handover, with governance across PMO, risk and reporting.

You will manage up to US$2B in capital portfolios, lead large multi-disciplinary teams, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities to meet demanding baselines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering 100 MW+ hyperscale data centres in APAC region.
• Deep understanding of mission-critical MEP systems (ACMV, BMS, generators, chillers, switchgear, transformers).
• Strong commercial leadership including major capital expenditure control, variations, claims management, and governance.
• Proven ability to lead complex programmes with multidisciplinary stakeholders, contractors, consultants and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of 100 MW+ hyperscale data centre campuses, covering civil, structural, MEP, fit-out, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Establish and govern PMO frameworks, stage-gate controls, programme reporting and risk management across programmes.
• Manage capital portfolios up to US$2 billion, with accountability for commercial controls, variations, claims and cost outcomes.
• Direct integrated project teams of 10–20 staff and coordinate delivery environments with peak site workforces up to 1,000.
• Lead long-lead MEP procurement strategies and supply-chain risk mitigation for critical equipment.
• Coordinate across clients, consultants, contractors, data centre operations, supply-chain partners and authorities.
• Drive programme recovery, schedule optimisation and milestone acceleration where needed.
• Maintain governance aligned with Singapore requirements including CORENET X, Green Mark and fire-safety.

• Establish and govern PMO frameworks, stage-gate controls, programme reporting, risk management, and delivery disciplines across multi-tower programmes.
• Manage major capital portfolios of up to US$2 billion, with accountability for commercial controls, variations, claims management, and cost outcomes.
• Direct integrated project teams of approximately 10-20 staff, coordinating delivery environments with peak site workforces of up to 1,000 personnel.
• Lead long-lead MEP procurement strategies and supply-chain risk mitigation for critical data centre equipment.
• Coordinate effectively across clients, consultants, contractors, data centre operations teams, supply-chain partners, and Singapore statutory authorities.
• Drive programme recovery,schedule optimisation, and milestone acceleration where delivery is tracking against baseline commitments.
• Maintain robust governance and alignment with applicable Singapore requirements, including CORENET X, Green Mark, and fire-safety requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering 100 MW+ hyperscale data centre programmes in Singapore or the wider APAC region.
• Deep technical understanding of mission-critical MEP systems, including ACMV, BMS, generators, chillers, switchgear, and transformers.
• Strong commercial leadership experience, including major capital expenditure control, variation management, claims management, and commercial governance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex programmes involving multidisciplinary stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and operations teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as CDCP, PMP, and/or PRINCE2.
• Experience establishing or leading PMO governance across large, multi-tower data centre programmes.
• Experience with programme recovery, critical-path management, and acceleration of complex mission-critical infrastructure projects.
