Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering 100 MW+ hyperscale data centre programmes in Singapore or APAC.
• Deep understanding of mission-critical MEP systems (ACMV, BMS, gens, chillers, switchgear).
• Strong leadership in major capex control, variations, claims and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of hyperscale data centre campuses at 100 MW+ scale.
• Establish PMO frameworks, stage-gate controls, and programme reporting.
• Manage capital portfolios up to US$2 billion with cost governance.
• Direct integrated project teams of 10–20 staff and coordinate 1,000-strong site workforces.
• Lead MEP procurement strategies and supply-chain risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities for governance.
• Drive programme recovery and schedule acceleration when needed.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore requirements (CORENET X, Green Mark, fire-safety).
