Job summary

Firmus Technologies is a global leader in AI infrastructure across Asia Pacific, driving efficient data hall fitouts and compute deployments. We seek a Procurement & Expediting Executive to own end-to-end procurement, expediting, and logistics for data hall projects, reporting to the Project Manager, and collaborating with the Procurement Manager to align with policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Professional procurement qualifications are advantageous.
• 3-8 years of procurement experience in construction, engineering, telecommunications, network infrastructure or data centre projects.
• Experience managing procurement from RFQ through delivery.
• Strong supplier expediting and logistics coordination experience.
• International procurement experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities from requisition through purchase order, delivery and close-out.
• Source materials, equipment and subcontracted services.
• Obtain quotations, evaluate proposals and prepare procurement recommendations.
• Issue purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation.
• Actively expedite suppliers to achieve manufacturing and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate logistics, freight forwarders, customs brokers and shipment tracking.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, Project Engineer, Site Engineers and Construction Team.
• Maintain procurement trackers, expediting logs and delivery schedules.
• Prepare weekly procurement and expediting reports.
• Support invoice verification, supplier performance reviews and contract administration.
• Combination of office and active project site environment, coordinating with vendors, logistics providers, and project teams in a fast-paced, schedule-driven project environment.
