Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Procurement Executive in Singapore to support procurement, purchasing, and logistics activities. The role involves preparing reports, coordinating with suppliers and freight forwarders, monitoring orders, and maintaining accurate records.

It offers exposure to a growing medical devices and healthcare supplies distribution environment. Location is Yishun, with standard 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• O' level and above.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, or order fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit weekly inventory reports and demand forecasts to Management.
• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods.
• Monitor purchase orders, track deliveries, and follow up on any shipment delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, delivery documents, invoices, and inventory data.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure proper receiving, storage, and stock availability.
• Manage stock transfers and inventory adjustments across locations based on operational requirements.
• Liaise with internal departments to support procurement activities and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Assist in inventory planning to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and documentation requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
