Job summary

BOTX INNOVATION SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Head of Procurement to lead end-to-end design of procurement frameworks, policy development, and category strategies across direct and indirect spend.

You will drive strategic sourcing and enterprise-level negotiations to cut costs while maintaining quality and delivery in the automotive electronics ecosystem. The role requires 10+ years of experience, hands-on function-building, and strong negotiation/analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive procurement experience in the automotive electronics industry.
• Hands-on experience building procurement functions from scratch.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills; English fluent; Mandarin a plus for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of procurement frameworks, policies, and SOPs; establish category strategies for direct and indirect spend; implement supplier performance and risk management frameworks.
• Drive strategic sourcing and enterprise-level contract negotiations to deliver cost reduction and total cost of ownership optimization.
• Build and manage the supplier base through regular audits and performance reviews; cultivate strategic partnerships in the automotive electronics ecosystem.
• Develop and lead a high-performing procurement team by defining roles and career paths; foster continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

About you

• Strong negotiation and analytical skills, fluency in English (Mandarin is a plus for collaboration with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).




• The ability to travel within Southeast Asia.
