Job summary

National University of Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager / Assistant Senior Manager to join the Analytics & Assurance team in the Central Procurement Office. You will lead data analytics, governance analytics, and the development of the Procurement Data Warehouse, while driving automation and AI-enabled innovations to streamline procurement operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data-related fields such as data science, statistics, CS, engineering, accounting, business
• Minimum 6 years of relevant analytics experience, preferably in procurement, finance, or shared services
• Experience with workflow automation or AI-assisted analytics is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for procurement KPIs and spend patterns
• Analyze procurement spend data to identify trends and savings opportunities and translate into sourcing insights
• Build analytics solutions to monitor compliance and governance across procurement processes and policies
• Support development of Procurement Data Warehouse and data pipelines with IT
• Lead automation initiatives using Power Automate to streamline workflows and reporting
• Evaluate and pilot AI-enabled analytics for procurement use cases and build scalable solutions
