Job summary

Qualifications
- Diploma in Science or Engineering required.
- NTC/ITC/Diploma in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Bio-processing disciplines.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English.
- Strong commitment to cGMP and EHS compliance in clean-room plant operations.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on execution of plant operations; support Manufacturing Associates in troubleshooting.
- Monitor and analyze processing parameters for optimization opportunities.
- Prepare solutions and equipment; stage components for autoclaving and washing.
- Assist in testing production samples and utilize analytical instruments to improve accuracy.
- Support safety audits and ensure compliance with GMP/EHS requirements.
- Engage with inspectors and maintain clear communication across teams.
