Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and be trained in multiple production processes and machine operations
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge is an advantage
• Able to perform production-related duties including standing, manual handling, and repetitive movements

Responsibilities

• Execute production tasks in accordance with SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Operate production equipment and perform assigned manufacturing processes.
• Complete material transactions and production documentation accurately.
• Report quality, safety, and operational issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support team training activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow GMP and workplace safety procedures.
