Responsibilities

Support batch-making operations according to production schedules and batch records.
Calibrate weighing equipment daily and maintain accurate records.
Set up, operate, clean, and sanitize equipment per GMP and safety rules.
Receive and verify raw materials against batch records, expiry dates, and quantities.
Handle raw materials safely per GHS and site safety requirements.
Perform basic equipment maintenance and first-level troubleshooting.
Collect finished product samples for testing (pH and rheology).
Maintain batch-making records, housekeeping, and proper waste disposal.
Comply with PPE, GMP, and workplace safety requirements.
