Job summary

Sankyu Singapore Pte Ltd on Jurong Island is hiring a Process Technician to load chemicals into ISO-tanker lorries and assist in packaging and plant operations, with strict safety and PPE requirements.

The role requires at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), plus skills in machinery troubleshooting, ladder diagrams, and PLC. This position is open to Singaporeans only and is full-time on-site.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical)
• Candidates with PLC experience highly advantageous
• Required Skill(s): Machinery Troubleshooting, Ladder Diagram reading, PLC

Responsibilities

• Load the chemical liquid from the plant into ISOtanker lorries with full PPE outfit
• Able to carry bags ranging from 10 to 25kg when required.
• Able to support in the packaging operation and other plants if required
• Do recording according to checklist
• Perform housekeeping or 5’S tasks.
• Other ad-hoc duties ( E.G Off line wrapping machine, container lashing, hubbing, tightening FC bags, etc.)
