Job summary

HRNET Ventures Pte. Ltd. is seeking a technical professional to support manufacturing processes and equipment validation in a fast-paced environment in Singapore.

The role focuses on improving process efficiency, quality, and production performance. Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, process engineering, engineering support or semiconductor environments.
• Hands-on experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of process troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Exposure to process validation or equipment validation is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with technical documentation and process records.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work rotating shifts after training.

Responsibilities

Our client is a global technology company specialising in server and data centre solutions. They build and support server systems used by some of the world's largest technology and cloud companies.

Location: Tampines
Basic Salary: $3,500-$4,000 (commensurate with experience)
4-Day Work Week after Training

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the validation and introduction of new equipment and manufacturing processes

• Troubleshoot process and production issues, conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and support corrective actions

• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, quality and production performance

• Support continuous improvement and process optimisation activities

• Evaluate manufacturing processes and equipment against operational requirements

• Fabricate, modify and maintain basic jigs and fixtures used in production

• Participate in cross-functional engineering and improvement projects

• Maintain process documentation, technical records and reports

• Work closely with engineers, production teams and other stakeholders to resolve process issues and support production targets

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related technical discipline

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, process engineering, engineering support or semiconductor environments

• Hands-on experience working in a production or manufacturing environment

• Good understanding of process troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Working Hours

• First 3 months: Monday to Friday

• After training: 4-day work week on rotating day and night shifts
